How it works

The Switch lives a rough life — carried everywhere, charged off any cable that fits, and handed to kids. iTiger repairs the Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED on Lee Drive: charging ports that only work at one angle, cracked screens, batteries that die by lunch, and Joy-Con drift that steers your character all by itself. Bring it in or text us the model — diagnosis first, then a firm quote before any work begins.

Questions about this repair

Answered the way we'd answer you standing at the counter.

My Switch only charges if I hold the cable at an angle. Is that the port?

Almost always — the USB-C port wears or gets damaged, and on the Switch that port is soldered to the board, so replacing it is proper board work, not a plug-in part swap. We'll confirm the port is the fault, then quote the job firm.

Can you fix Joy-Con drift?

Yes — drift, where the stick moves your character without being touched, is one of the most common Switch jobs there is. The worn stick gets repaired or replaced and tested in front of you at pickup. Our controller repair page covers it in more detail.

The screen is cracked but it still plays on the TV. Worth fixing?

If you play handheld at all, yes — and a cracked screen only gets worse, especially on a console that travels. We'll quote the screen for your exact model first, and you decide with the real number in hand.

It won't turn on at all. Is it dead?

Not necessarily — batteries, charging ports, and power faults account for most dead Switches, and all three are fixable. If we genuinely can't revive it, there's no repair charge.
